Key Literacy Words: Surrealism, imagination, line, pattern, collage and composition.
Students are required to collect a range of images in magazines of animals. Using the images they are required to cut out features of the animal to create a new one. Once the new animal has been created, students are the draw their creature in their sketch book. (Emphasis on scale, proportion and observational sketching) Visual Arts context: Louise Weaver
